In case you want to change the product you have purchased, the following applies:
- Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product.
- Changes are not accepted without proof of purchase.
- Exchanges are not accepted for products that have been worn or whose packaging has been damaged or whose tags have been cut.
- Also, no changes are made to products that are on sale.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

After you choose what to replace the product you want to exchange, the courier company will bring it to you and you will provide the returned product packaged.
Shipping costs are your responsibility if the change is due to your own reasons. However, if it is due to our error, the costs are our responsibility.
